含苯并咪唑和异噁唑结构席夫碱的合成及其抑菌活性

根据活性亚结构拼接原理,以取代苯甲醛、盐酸羟胺、N-氯代丁二酰亚胺和2-苯并咪唑基乙腈等为原料,经肟化、氯代、环化及缩合反应,合成了一系列新型的含苯并咪唑和异噁唑结构的席夫碱化合物(5a~5h),收率60%~75%,其结构经~1H NMR,~(13)C NMR,IR和HR-MS表征。采用菌丝生长速率法测试了化合物对番茄灰霉菌和生菜菌核菌的抑菌活性。结果表明:在用药量为100μg·m ~(-1)时,苯环上含有氟原子或甲氧基的席夫碱(5c,5d和5e)对生菜菌核菌显示出较好的活性,抑制率为71.3%~76.1%。     

结冷胶与聚乙二醇丙烯酸酯双网络凝胶的制备及生物相容性评价

针对结冷胶脆性较大的问题,将聚乙二醇丙烯酸酯(PEGDA)引入结冷胶,通过紫外交联制备了结冷胶/PEGDA双网络凝胶,并对单组分凝胶和双网络凝胶的溶胀性能、微观形貌、拉伸力学性能、动态压缩性能和流变性能等进行比较.结果表明,双网络凝胶在类生理环境中具有较小的溶胀率和较好的尺寸稳定性,PEGDA的引入能够大幅度提高结冷胶的韧性,双网络凝胶的拉断伸长率可达340%,断裂能达1.01×103J/m2,与天然关节软骨相当.将成纤维细胞种植在凝胶内部进行体外三维立体培养,结果显示,细胞在凝胶内部生存状态良好,双网络凝胶的细胞负载率高于单网络结冷胶,说明该体系在生物医用领域具有良好的应用前景.     

Structure-activity correlations of calcined Mg-Al hydrocalcites for aliphatic polycarbonate synthesis <Emphasis Type="Italic">via</Emphasis> transesterification process

Mg-Al mixed oxides with different Mg/Al molar ratio were prepared by thermal decomposition of hydrotalcitelike precursors at 500 °C for 5.0 h and used as catalysts for the transesterification of diphenyl carbonate with 1,4-butanediol to synthesize high-molecular-weight poly(butylene carbonate) (PBC). The structure-activity correlations of these catalysts in this transesterification process were discussed by means of various characterization techniques. It was found that the chain growth for the formation of PBC can only be obtained through connecting ―OH and ―OC(C)OC₆H₅ end-group upon removing the generated phenol, and the sample with Mg/Al molar ratio of 4.0 exhibited the best catalytic performance, giving PBC with M _w of 1.64 × 10⁵ g/mol at 210 °C for 3.0 h. This excellent activity depended mainly on the specific surface area and basicity rather than pore structure or crystallite size of MgO.     

Couplings and Strong Approximations to Time-Dependent Empirical Processes Based on I.I.D. Fractional Brownian Motions

We define a time-dependent empirical process based on n i.i.d. fractional Brownian motions and establish Gaussian couplings and strong approximations to it by Gaussian processes. They lead to functional laws of the iterated logarithm for this process.
